"The North-West Transport Prosecutor's Office organized an inspection on the fact of an oil spill in the seaport of the Leningrad Region," TASS reports.
It is specified that the leak, previously, occurred from the tug "Comrade Andrey", which was moored at the port berth.
On August 8, it was reported that outside the coastal zone in the Black Sea near Novorossiysk, crude oil was released from the Greek tanker Minerva Symphony.
