According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the country, from September 13, without a vaccination certificate or negative PCR test, residents will be limited in the availability of most contact services.

Now, unvaccinated citizens will be able to shop only in small shops and pharmacies.

They will also not be able to visit beauty salons, restaurants and cafes and public events in closed areas.

The head of the Ministry of Health of Lithuania, Arunas Dulkis, said that restrictions are being introduced so that the growing incidence of coronavirus does not interfere with the provision of other medical services.
