Ed Sheeran, DJ Snake, Coldplay… Several internationally renowned artists have decided to get involved in the fight against climate change and poverty in the world through the NGO Global Citizen.

They will perform live on September 25 in different cities around the world.

24 hours to mobilize against pollution and poverty: this is the ambition of Global Citizen Live, a musical event all over the planet organized on September 25th.

Ed Sheeran and DJ Snake in Paris, BTS in Seoul or even Femi Kuti in Lagos… Dozens of artists will mobilize to raise funds for the benefit of the international organization Global Citizen, by performing concerts all over the world.

"Defend the planet and overcome poverty"

At the foot of the Eiffel Tower, in Paris, Ed Sheeran, the Black Eyed Peas, DJ Snake, Christine and the Queens, Doja Cat, HER and Angélique Kidjo will be live from September 25.

Headliners who have nothing to envy to those present in New York.

In the heart of Central Park, Jennifer Lopez, Coldplay, Billie Eilish but also Lizzo will participate in this global event.

The same day, other stars will perform in Rio de Janeiro, London, Seoul, Los Angeles, Sydney or Lagos.

Through this "Global Citizen Live" (GCL), artists will call on "governments, big business and philanthropists to work together to defend the planet and overcome poverty, focusing on the most pressing threats", expose the organizers.

The targets are "climate change, equity in vaccines and famine".

Concerts broadcast for 24 hours on several media

The organization of this global event, imagined by the NGO Global Citizen, looks like a gigantic puzzle.

These concert events will be broadcast for 24 hours on every continent of the planet on ABC, ABC News Live, BBC, FX, iHeartRadio, Hulu, YouTube, TIME or Twitter, among others.
