She noted that in some regions of Russia, an increase in the incidence is currently recorded, in some regions, stabilization is observed.

She added that in some regions "there is a decrease in the growth rate of cases."

Earlier, the head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, said that in 22 regions of Russia there is a trend towards a steady decrease in the incidence of coronavirus infection.

Microbiologist Vitaly Zverev, scientific director of the Mechnikov Research Institute of Vaccines and Serums, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in an interview with URA.RU, emphasized the importance of achieving population immunity from coronavirus in the world.
