The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation stressed that working hours should not exceed two additional hours per day, explaining in its response to the questions of followers of its Twitter account that: “Overtime may not exceed two hours per day, unless work is necessary to prevent the occurrence of a serious loss or a serious accident, or to remove or mitigate its effects.”
