-Directly hit the airborne combat group of the Sino-Russian "Western·Joint-2021" exercise
On the morning of August 9, the "Western United-2021" exercise officially kicked off at the Qingtongxia Contract Tactical Training Base in Ningxia.
At the opening ceremony of the exercise, the participating officers and soldiers of the Chinese and Russian armed forces received a battlefield inspection according to their operational composition. In the next few days, China and Russia will cooperate closely to launch large-scale joint exercises.
It is understood that in the actual operation of the Sino-Russian joint exercise, a certain brigade of the airborne troops drew up capable forces and organized them into the airborne combat group within the formation of the campaign corps. They focused on "showing their image, embodying capabilities, and ensuring safety." The objective is mainly to take on the key tasks of airborne control of the campaign, implement in-depth interception, and cooperate with land and air combat groups to jointly eliminate "terrorists."
In the preliminary mission preparations, the officers and soldiers of the airborne combat group insisted on rationally coordinating forces, scientifically drafting plans, practical action training, and strict risk assessment. They distinguished three stages of basic strengthening, specialization and refining, and land-air joint training, and strictly organized sand table exercises and On-site coordinated training has completed coordinated training with air combat groups and land combat groups, which has strengthened the command and control and coordination capabilities of the troops.
In view of the high density of parachutists and high safety risks in the joint exercise, the participating officers and soldiers actively coordinated with the aviation forces to delineate the aircraft route correction range to ensure accurate delivery; combined with the terrain of the site, highlight the parachutist's aerial control and special characteristics. Emotion handling training, pay close attention to parachute landing action and popularize applied landing action training to reduce landing damage.
At the same time, in response to the fact that the number of reloaded airdrop equipment is large, they strictly organize security risk assessments, refine standard procedures, adopt "group charter" and "card reader" on-board inspection organization forms, formulate operational process lists, formulate preventive measures, and eliminate Safety hazards to prevent human error.
In the early joint exercises, the participating officers and soldiers of the airborne combat group used ground artillery and aviation firepower to open the battlefield gap, adopted multi-aircraft formations, airborne vertical interception, and used domestic large transport aircraft to implement heavy-duty three-piece continuous cast and personnel cluster parachutes. Landing, through close cooperation with the artillery group, air combat group, ground aviation combat group and other combat groups, carried out fire interceptions to the "enemy" in depth, cut off the "enemy" retreat path, and successively practiced "precise airborne and vertical deployment." Eight actual operations in three seasons, such as small groups, multi-channel, deep interspersed, rushing to control channels, and joint clearance and suppression, effectively tested and tempered the level of joint combat capabilities of the troops.
Next, in response to the problems exposed in the joint exercises, they will promptly organize relevant personnel to gather intelligence to tackle key problems, solve the problems and carry out targeted training, to ensure the final success of the exercise.
It is understood that this exercise focuses on jointly maintaining regional security and stability, and aims to expand the depth of the joint counter-terrorism operations of the Chinese and Russian armed forces and demonstrate the firm determination and strong strength to jointly maintain international and regional security and stability.
During the exercise, the Military Commission established a director department and built a three-level organization and command system of "director department-joint command-participating troops", and organized and implemented two stages of joint planning and land offensive.
The first stage focuses on the exercise of joint command judgments, consultation plans, determination, organization and coordination, etc.; the second stage focuses on exercises to launch joint operations, conduct saturated fire assaults on the "enemy", and comprehensively destroy and paralyze the "enemy" operations System, in-depth Qing and suppression, chasing and annihilating the "enemy".
