"On August 10, at about 21:00, Lada Priora, Toyota Rav4 and Lada Granta collided on the A-151 highway, near the village of Karakly, Kanash district," the message says.
As specified, seven people were injured in the road accident, including two minors.
The circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
Earlier it was reported that four people died in an accident in the Vytegorsky district of the Vologda region on the Medvezhyegorsk-Vologda road.
