In June, the first electric scooter company was established in Halmstad.

There are now three companies that are allowed to have 300 electric scooters each, according to the letter of intent with the municipality.

Encourages customers to good parking

The company Tier established itself in Halmstad last week and believes that they receive daily reports from various places in the country that customers behave badly with electric scooters.

If they receive reports of an incorrectly parked scooter, they can, with the help of staff on site, move it, something that must be done as quickly as possible, according to the company.

In order to get customers to park correctly, they encourage you to think about accessibility and to park appropriately in the company's app, which is used before the tour begins.

- It is of course very sad that it is not always followed.

This is work that will continue and what we can do today is to encourage customers to park correctly and take their fellow road users into account, says Lukas Samuelsson, Nordic manager at Tier.
