China Taiwan Net, August 9th, according to Taiwan’s “Central News Agency”, former Chairman of the Chinese Kuomintang, Zhu Lilun, announced his candidacy for party chairmanship with “changes are only hopeful”. He today (9th) proposed three specific ways to change the Kuomintang. They are the establishment of a polling center, online party organization, and training of youth reserve supervisors.

The Chinese Kuomintang chairman voted on September 25. When Zhu Lilun announced his candidacy a few days ago, he said that the status quo must be changed and there is hope for change.

Zhu Lilun posted on the Facebook fan group today, pointing out that scientific polls are an important basis for decision-making of modern political parties. Decision-making cannot be outsourced and must be taken back to do it yourself.

After taking office, the KMT’s polling center must be re-established, not only to investigate the support of the party, but also to conduct long-term polls on various social issues of concern to the public.

When major current affairs issues arise, we must also keep abreast of the trends of the people and propose appropriate responses.

He pointed out that using polls to dig out more useful information, and to widely share the results of such surveys with comrades in politics, all levels of democracy, and even party members know that this is what he believes is a specific way to make the Kuomintang down-to-earth.

Because we need to do a lot and do it for a long time, it will be more effective to set up a polling center. Only by trusting in science can we win the election.

Zhu Lilun said that the Kuomintang has complete grassroots organizations and various service organizations. He believes that there is nothing wrong with the organization. What is wrong is the lack of reorganization and renewal of the organization.

Considering usage habits, he believes that the party's LINE organization is very pragmatic, concrete and feasible, and at least it can achieve the goals of combating "1450" (Green Camp Net Army) false news, transmitting correct information, and improving the centripetal force of members.

When talking about training the head of youth reserve, Zhu Lilun pointed out that youth is the future of the Kuomintang. The Kuomintang has been cultivating young people in the past. Kuomintang Chairman Jiang Qichen has also made a lot of efforts during his tenure. He quite agrees, but he must also be admitted. Compared with what Chiang Ching-kuo did back then, the current Kuomintang’s training for young people is still far from adequate.

He expressed the hope that the concept of “reserving cadres” can be used in the Kuomintang.

Let young people who are interested in public affairs be willing to come to the Kuomintang.

The Kuomintang will pay a reasonable salary, prepare professional training, train these young people to pass the test, and distribute them to various suitable positions.

Only when the talents of the whole society are willing to run to the Kuomintang, the spirit of the party can last.
