  The Acting Chief Executive of the Republic of North Ossetia, Sergey Menjailo, said that the cause of the accident was a rupture of an oxygen supply pipeline in the basement of the hospital, which interrupted the supply of oxygen.

The hospital has activated a backup oxygen supply program.
