Estonia decided to tighten controls at its borders due to the threat of an influx of migrants

As noted by the police colonel of the PBGB border department Ivo Utsar, the decision to strengthen control was made after assessing what is happening in Latvia.

It is noted that the country's authorities have sent additional patrols to the area of ​​the Estonian-Latvian border.

Earlier, Lithuanian Defense Minister Arunas Anushauskas spoke about the Lithuanian military personnel on the border with Belarus.

On the night of August 2–3, a group of migrants was forcibly expelled from Lithuania to Belarus.

According to the refugees, batons and stun guns were used against them.
