Interior Police are investigating a possible gang rape by members of a Latino gang in Zaragoza
The National Police have arrested three men,
ages 21, 26 and 29,
as alleged perpetrators of the kidnapping and gang rape of a woman committed in Zaragoza and recorded on video by a member of the Latin band Dominican Don't Play (DDP) .
In addition to those now arrested, the Provincial Information Brigade
attributes the attack to three other men,
who have been in provisional prison since last March as members of the aforementioned organization DDP.
As reported by police sources this Friday, those investigated are charged with crimes of
illegal detention, sexual assault, against moral integrity, injuries, disclosure of secrets and threats.
The Court of Instruction number 9 of Zaragoza asked the Police to investigate
16 videos of a sexual nature
that were stored on various telephones tapped on various members of the DDP in Zaragoza.
In the recordings, several men appeared having relations with a woman and, from the outset
, the agents ruled out that it could be a consensual sexual relationship.
Due to the type of aggression, the Information Brigade requested the collaboration of the Family and Women's Attention Unit.
After
locating the victim,
the Police have learned that she was held against her will for at least two days, depriving her of eating and drinking.
According to sources from the Higher Police Headquarters of Aragon, in order to sexually assault her in a group manner, the six investigated did not hesitate to supply the young woman with
hallucinogenic substances.
The head of the Court of Instruction number 6 of Zaragoza decreed last March the entry into provisional prison of nine of the 15 members of the DDP detained in the framework of a police operation against the Latino gang, among them Steven Guarionex Vásquez Montero, its leader in the Aragonese capital.
