Italian luxury brand Liu Jo has sued top model Kendall Jenner, arguing that Jenner did not comply with the filming agreement.

The fashion house is claiming EUR 1.5 million, or $ 1.8 million, in damages from Jenner, who made the alleged ohms.

Reuters and Business Insider, among others, write about the topic.

According to a lawsuit filed by Liu Jon, Jenner had to participate in two fashion shootings, but the model only came in the first shootings.

According to the complaint, Jenner did not appear at the other descriptions agreed at the scene.

The latter descriptions were scheduled for March 2020, but were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Known for the reality of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kendall Jenner is one of the most successful models of recent years.

Liu Jo claims that an attempt was made to agree with Jenner on a new filming schedule, but Jenner did not respond to the contacts.

However, according to the Jenner representative reached by Insider, this is not the case and Jenner has offered to make other descriptions as well.

Business Insider writes that, according to the complaint, the company has “suffered significant financial damage and inconvenience as a result of Miss Jenner’s violation”.

Liu Jo is a fashion company founded in 1995 by the March brothers.

The company has been cooperating with Jenner since 2019. Since then, Jenner has already been paid fees of EUR 1.1 million.

The company has not received a refund from Jenner for the descriptions mentioned in the complaint.

25-year-old Kendall Jenner is one of the famous sisters of the Kardashian reality TV family.

Over the years, Jenner, who makes a successful career model, has been accused that the career was mainly the result of family publicity.
