06 August 2021 Great attention to safety during summer journeys and assistance and information to users along the motorway network on busiest days. This is the spirit of the "Union makes safety" initiative which sees the "blue camper" of the State Police, together with vehicles and operators of the Traffic Police and ASPI personnel present in the service areas characterized by the greatest tourist flow, to provide assistance and caring to motorists: from first-level health screening - practiced by Red Cross doctors who actively participate in the initiative - to real-time traffic information, as well as news and advice for correct driving and the distribution of material informative / interactive to travel safely.



The initiative will also continue on the weekend just around the corner and until Sunday 8 August - when the black stamp of departures for the summer exodus is expected - in the Secchia Ovest service areas (which intercepts the flows at Modena arriving from A1 and A22) and Bevano Ovest (for flows traveling on the A14 Adriatica). While as regards the counter-departure, the service will be present from Saturday 21 August to Sunday 29 August in the Secchia Est (A1 Modena) and Flaminia Est (A1 Rome) service areas.



In the service areas listed, users will be able to learn about the "Free To X" services - a new company of the ASPI Group dedicated to travel sustainability - thanks to the installation of high-power electric charging stations on the motorway and the Cashback app. of the toll in case of delays following maintenance work on the lanes (interested motorists will be able to participate in the test phase of the new service, it will be carried out until the second half of September).



“This renewed collaboration with the State Police is of fundamental importance for us because only a supervision and a constant and joint commitment can bring results for driving safety and accident prevention” declares the CEO of ASPI, Roberto Tomasi.
