According to the public figure, early detection of the disease in many cases allows achieving success in therapy, saving budget funds for the treatment of diseases not detected in a timely manner, prolonging active life and improving its quality.
Volynets added that the proposed measure is intended "to increase the attention of citizens to maintaining health, regularly undergoing medical examinations and the formation of a culture of planned medical examination."
As a scenario for the implementation of this initiative, she made a proposal that at the next medical examination on the portal of public services, citizens receive QR codes, on the basis of which they could apply for benefits once every three years on an application basis through the portal.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health of Russia approved the procedure for sending citizens to advanced clinical examination, priority will be given to those who have undergone COVID-19.
