It was at the end of January this year that two civilian police stopped a person who had just come out of the 51-year-old's home.

The person was carrying both a knife and pepper spray, which led to a house search in the home he came from.

Large amounts of drugs were found in the apartment and associated storage.

Also sales lists, scales and zip bags.

Initially, several men were suspected of a serious drug offense, but the 51-year-old man later admitted that only he knew and handled the drug.

He also said that he found it in a garbage room - an explanation that the court does not consider credible.

The 51-year-old has admitted to drug offenses of the normal degree, but is convicted of a serious drug offense.

The man appears in eleven sections of the indictment register and must remain in custody until the verdict becomes final.
