  Affected by the No. 9 typhoon "Lu Bi" this year, heavy rains occurred in some counties and districts of Zhangzhou City during the day from the 4th to the morning of the 5th, with local heavy rainstorms.

According to statistics from the Meteorological Department, the accumulated rainfall from 06:00 on the 4th to 06:00 on the 5th, there are 22 automatic stations in the city with a total of more than 50 mm, of which one automatic station exceeds 100 mm, with 111.2 mm in Pinghe Huangjing Industrial Zone being the largest.

  The Meteorological Department predicts that typhoon "Lu Bi" will move northward at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour, and will make landfall from Zhangpu, Fujian to the coast of Shanwei, Guangdong this morning, which will cause severe wind and rain effects on Zhangzhou.
