05 August 2021 The Chamber of the Chamber definitively approved the decree for the strengthening of the administrative capacity of public administrations functional to the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr) and for the efficiency of justice on which the government has obtained confidence.

There were 339 yeses to the final vote, 32 abstentions, no opposition.

"The recruitment decree is finally law! A long and difficult job that leads the Draghi Government, with the precious contribution of Parliament, to complete the three essential pillars for the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: to the planning of the governance of the NRP and the regulatory simplifications decided with Legislative Decree No. 77/2021 - approved on July 28, 2021 definitively by the Senate - is accompanied by the reform and strengthening plan of public work to strengthen the administrative capacity of the country ". Thus the Minister for Public Administration, Renato Brunetta, comments on the final approval in the Chamber of Legislative Decree 80/2021.

"With the decree two objectives are achieved: on the one hand, fast, transparent and rigorous paths are defined for the recruitment of the profiles necessary for the implementation of the Plan, on the other hand the regulatory bases are laid for the implementation of the two horizontal reforms envisaged by Pnrr, Public Administration and Justice The provision therefore helps to cut the finish line of the successive "milestones" of the Recovery Plan in advance and makes us fully deserve the advance of 25 billion from European funds.

After years of blocking turnover and reduced investments for training, we equip the PA with new skills, above all technical and managerial, so that the implementation of the Pnrr projects proceed quickly. And we invest in public employees already in service, favoring smoother career progress, osmosis with the private sector, training, enhancement of merit. It's time to invent the new PA together, for the new Italy ".
