Many witnesses, with whom SVT and other media have spoken, feel that it took far too long for police and ambulances to get to Gamlegården's center.

Witnesses say it took anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes.

A film that has been spread and shows a gunshot wounded woman in the shopping center, also shows a clock that shows the time 15.36.

The first ambulance on site has not reported the time, the second ambulance arrived at 15.54, according to SOS Alarm's log.

12 minutes wrong

But when SVT on Thursday checks the clock that is visible above the injured woman, it turns out that the clock goes 12 minutes wrong.

So it was actually 15.48 when the woman was filmed.

Six minutes later, the last of the ambulances reported that it was at the scene.

SVT has spoken to a man who appears in the film.

He says he called 112 and alerted about the shootings.

His phone shows that the time was then 15.49.

First call

Other people had already called and alerted about the shooting.

According to SOS Alarm, the first call came at 15.45.

Police communicator Thomas Johansson states that patrols were on site ten minutes after the first alarm call.

According to Johansson, it is also common for people to experience that time passes more slowly in the event of a shocking event.
