According to SVT's reporter on site, the roadblocks at Gamlegården's center on Wednesday morning were lifted.
It was in connection with the shopping center, in different places, that the shooting took place.
The first alarms came at 4pm on Tuesday afternoon.
The injured are two men in their 20s and 30s and a woman in their 60s.
Their injuries should be serious but not life-threatening.
On Wednesday morning, the police will hold a press conference.
There is no time set for this yet.
Conflict between areas
The police have established a special incident, which means, among other things, that the situation can be handled outside the regular police operations with a special organization and management.
According to police spokesperson Ewa-Gun Westford, there is a conflict in Kristianstad between different residential areas.
But what lies behind Tuesday's shooting is not yet known.
It is also unclear if there is any relationship between the suspects and the injured.
Also on Monday, the police were alerted to the city due to gunfire.
Then, however, no person was injured.
