The National Program for Programmers announced the organization of the “Facebook Artificial Intelligence Camp” for the first time in the region, from 15 to 26 August, in cooperation with the global company “Facebook”, with the aim of empowering university students with a variety of digital skills, and training them on The use of programming languages, in line with national efforts to empower programmers and involve them in the process of digital transformation in the UAE.

The organization of the camp is part of the outputs and initiatives of the "National Program for Programmers", launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to create an attractive environment that embraces talent, entrepreneurs, academics and emerging and global companies, thus contributing to strengthening the status of the country. He said that the partnership with the global "Facebook" to organize the camp comes within the framework of the keenness of the UAE government, led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to enhance cooperation with various governments and major global technology companies, to empower students. The "Facebook Artificial Intelligence Camp", which lasts for two weeks, allows students to participate in a range of events, including training workshops and knowledge sessions, for a number of researchers in the field of artificial intelligence from all over the world, experts and specialists in this field.
