Air quality improvement supervision and assistance in key regions across the country continue to unfold

At the same time, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has publicly exposed the problems of 14 companies including Shenyang Datang Ceramics Co., Ltd. directly emitting air pollutants through the bypass.

  In order to vigorously promote the continuous improvement of air quality in key areas, strengthen the coordinated control of fine particulate matter and ozone, and the coordinated reduction of nitrogen oxides and volatile organic compounds, in June this year, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment sent 11 professional groups and 30 regular groups to continue to carry out key areas.   "The supervision and assistance working group inspected companies on site and found that 768 companies have 1,625 gas-related environmental problems, including 78 in the steel industry, 154 in the coking industry, 46 in the petrochemical industry, 230 in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, 221 in the building materials industry, and others. 896 industries.” The Ministry of Ecology and Environment pointed out that these problems involve secret discharge, abnormal operation of automatic monitoring facilities or fraud, failure to install or abnormal operation of pollution prevention facilities, and excessive emissions.

  The 14 enterprises publicly named by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment are Shenyang Datang Ceramics Co., Ltd. and Kaifeng Jiuhong Chemical Co., Ltd..

During the on-site inspection by the inspection team of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the two companies were discharging air pollutants through the bypass.

Zhengzhou City Dengfeng City Fengshi Metallurgical Material Co., Ltd. and Heze City Shanxian Longyu Biological Technology Co., Ltd. exhausted directly without treatment.

Xuzhou Tianan Chemical Co., Ltd. tampered with automatic monitoring parameters, and the monitoring data was seriously distorted.

Suqian Shuyang Xinda New Materials Co., Ltd., Tianjin Wuqing District Xinyi Glass (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., Xuchang Henan Xinjinhui Stainless Steel Industry Co., Ltd., Jinzhong Jiexiu City Changsheng Coal Gasification Co., Ltd., Jinzhou Jinri Paper The pollution control facilities of the limited liability company and Binzhou First Construction Technology Co., Ltd. are not operating normally.

Cangzhou Hebei Lingang Chemical Co., Ltd. failed to use pollution prevention facilities in accordance with regulations.

Taiyuan Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co., Ltd. failed to implement the "three simultaneous" system for construction projects and exceeded the standard for sewage discharge.

Changzhi City Shanxi Lubao Group Coking Co., Ltd. failed to implement the requirements of the environmental impact assessment and exceeded the discharge standards.

  The Ministry of Ecology and Environment stated that these problems discovered by the supervision and assistance have been immediately assigned to the relevant local ecological environment departments to investigate and deal with them, and urge the localities to learn from one another, and to promote the solution of prominent gas-related issues from point to point.

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment will continue to intensify its efforts to keep a close eye on the problems and promote rectification.
