David Andersson works as a specialist at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and has worked at home for just over a year. He thinks it has worked well.

Strives to return

- It can take place in an orderly manner, not everyone can come at the same time, says Ola Ekvall, unit manager at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in Karlshamn.

However, some local variations may occur and despite striving to return to the office, they also discuss the possibility of being able to work remotely if they wish, or at least part of their working hours.

- I have always wanted to work from home, even before, but then it was in exceptional cases and you had to relate to that, says David Andersson.
