When the rescue service at 01.30 came to the fire in the north of Tegelsmora in Tierp municipality, the barn was already on fire.
The effort was therefore focused on preventing the fire from spreading to a residential building that was 20 meters away.
- The barn is completely destroyed.
It contained no animals or humans, only vehicles.
We managed to ensure that the fire did not spread, says Tobias Åkesson, commanding officer at the rescue center in the middle.
At five o'clock on Tuesday morning, the last unit left.
