The whole thing must have happened in October last year and the suspect has according to the indictment shown "obvious indifference to other people's lives and property".
The 18-year-old is also suspected of drunk driving and minor drug offenses as he is said to have had drugs in his blood at the time.
He is also charged with illegal driving.
The suspect denies that he drove the vehicle, and does not want to comment on the suspicions of minor drug offenses, according to the indictment.
