Italiadomani.gov.it, the official portal dedicated to "ItaliaDomani", the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, is now online. Palazzo Chigi and the Ministry of Economy make it known on their respective sites. "On the portal - they explain - the contents of the Plan are illustrated and the implementation path is told through intuitive and clear files dedicated to monitoring investments and reforms, with continuously updated news. The site allows you to consult the progress of each investment and expenses incurred ", allowing" all citizens "to control and monitor.

"All citizens will be able to control and monitor the information relating to the implementation of the Plan", reads the joint note of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Economy. By accessing the "Cross Priorities" section, it is possible to navigate among the main measures that have a positive impact on young people, on gender equality and on the reduction of territorial gaps. The "Missions" section illustrates the main interventions contained in "Italia Domani", divided into the 6 Missions that make up the Plan. In the "Resources" section, a prospectus of the financial resources available for each Mission can be consulted, with an indication of the additional resources allocated within the Complementary Fund. Furthermore, the "Reforms" sectionit illustrates the contents, objectives and timescales envisaged for the reforms. In the "Investments" section it will be possible to easily consult the over 150 investment projects contained in the Plan. Furthermore, the note explains, it is possible to download the full text of the Plan from the portal, together with many other useful in-depth documents.

Pre-financing to Belgium-Luxembourg-Portugal


The first pre-financing from the European Commission for the Recovery plan is underway. The first disbursements go to Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal, and are equal to 13% of the figures allocated to the States. This was announced by a spokeswoman for the Community Executive, explaining that this is "an important step for the implementation of the reforms and investments contained in the respective NRPs. The European Commission expects new disbursements throughout the month of August, not just for the countries. they will have completed the planned bilateral procedures with Brussels.

The European Commission has paid pre-financing of 770 million euros to Belgium, 12.1 million euros to Luxembourg, and 2.2 billion euros to Portugal. "This shows that with the collected resources we are able to quickly meet the pre-financing needs of all Member States, giving them the initial push to implement their green and digital projects", commented the EU Commissioner, to the Budget, Johannes Hahn, on Twitter.
