For Laetitia James, the evidence leaves no doubt.

“

The independent investigation found that Governor Cuomo sexually harassed several women.

He touched them inappropriately, kissed them, and made inappropriate and sexual comments.

Which created a hostile working climate for women,

 ”she said.

For several months, the New York State Attorney and her team investigated sexual harassment accusations from several of Andrew Cuomo's collaborators.

A total of 179 people were heard and more than 70,000 exhibits examined.

Including texts, emails sent by the governor to his accusers.

Laetitia James believes that the governor has also launched campaigns of intimidation against those who have dared to denounce his behavior.

Asked about the governor's hearing which lasted 11 hours, investigators explained that he had recognized certain facts without, however, recognizing the aspect of sexual harassment.

He assured on Tuesday that he had "

never touched someone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances

 ."

Since the start of this case,

Andrew Cuomo has always denied the charges and refused to resign.

The powerful governor has ruled New York for 12 years and was planning to run for a fourth term.

This report risks jeopardizing its political future.
