New York Prosecutors' Office, 11 Cuomo sexual harassment victims are all former and current female civil servants of the New York State government.
Prosecutors said they had confirmed that Cuomo had sexually harassed his aides and others verbally and physically.

New York prosecutors said they would not prosecute at the New York State level because the case also has a civil nature, but it left open the possibility of other investigative agencies prosecuting them.
Governor Cuomo countered.
