Determine the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation as an authorized body for maintaining the register, ”the document says.
As noted, the register may include socially oriented NGOs that are recipients of grants from the President of Russia, subsidies and grants within the framework of programs of federal and regional authorities, as well as recipients of property support from authorities, providers of socially useful services, providers of social and educational services, charitable organizations registered in the manner prescribed by law.
Earlier, on July 23, the Central Bank of Russia revoked the license to carry out banking operations from the Moscow-based NPO Russian Financial Society.
