As noted, the register may include socially oriented NGOs that are recipients of grants from the President of Russia, subsidies and grants within the framework of programs of federal and regional authorities, as well as recipients of property support from authorities, providers of socially useful services, providers of social and educational services, charitable organizations registered in the manner prescribed by law.
