  From July 30th to August 5th, the 30th Dalong Border Trade Material and Cultural Exchange Conference in Langkazi County was held.

This year's Fair has six functional areas: special exhibition area, department store exhibition area, catering area, entertainment area, furniture market and live animal trading area, attracting 1,102 exhibitors and exhibiting and selling more than 2,100 kinds of commodities.

  Dalong, which means "Tiger Township" in Tibetan, was born in 1274 and has a history of 747 years. In 1992, it was officially named "Dalong Border Trade and Material Cultural Exchange Meeting".

Today, the Dalong Fair has become an important way for the local area to expand consumption, invigorate the economy, promote the development of farming and pastoral areas, and increase the income of farmers and herdsmen.

  Rob and Yang Jin, who have been in the past, are old friends of the Dalong Fair.

They have participated in the conference every year since 1992, and the ethnic jewelry they manage has always attracted a large number of customers to buy.

Dalong Fair will also attract many new friends every year.

Gesang Longsang, who sells local specialties in Lang County, attended the conference for the first time this year. He happily told reporters: "These days there are many customers buying special products such as chili, and the business is the same as I expected."

  During the fair, the organizing committee also organized a series of cultural and sports programs, including songs, martial arts and traditional opera programs, and held song and dance competitions, horse racing, tug-of-war and other mass cultural and sports activities to showcase the demeanor and happy life of local farmers and herdsmen.
