Six-year-old between life and death after fall from 6th floor

Dramatic accident this Sunday.

A six-year-old child fell from the 6th floor of his building in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, in the south-east of the city.

According to the regional daily 

, he leaned over to retrieve a toy that had fallen from his balcony, and fell.

Alerted around 11:40 am, the firefighters discovered the child lying on the ground.

Unconscious, he was immediately taken to the Woman-Mother-Child Hospital in Bron.

Transported in a state of absolute emergency, he is currently between life and death.
