A man died overnight from Friday to Saturday, in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon (Rhône), after falling from several floors.
Found in the courtyard of the building by residents, he could not be resuscitated by rescuers.
According to a police source of the day, he was trying to get home from his balcony after forgetting his keys.
“He didn't have his keys in his possession and he was drunk.
He would then have opened a window of the common areas on the 5th floor, would have gone through the facade to go down to the balcony of his home located on the floor below.
It was then that he would have lost his balance before falling, ”one explained.
