According to the indictment, the acts must have caused the child pain and cold.

The couple is also suspected of having locked the child in a small toilet without windows repeatedly.
The child must also be forced to stand naked on a chair in front of a window for several hours.
In addition, the man and the woman are suspected of more cases of abuse against the boy and one case of abuse against another of the man's children.
