Shortly after 4 pm on Monday afternoon, the police discovered a burning car on a forest road in Boxholm. After an investigation of the place, the police were able to establish that there was a dead person in the car, the police announce on their website on Monday evening.
The rescue service was called to the scene and extinguished the fire, after which the find of the dead person was made.
The police forensic technicians have investigated the place and at present there is no suspicion of crime.
Relatives are notified.
