Surely the right of public access means that here in Sweden you can camp anywhere? You might think so, but that is not the case. Maria Tiricke from the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency believes that it is important to know the rules before assembling the tent.
Sometimes it can be difficult to know where to camp, especially when it comes to nature reserves.
According to Tiricke, there is an important basic rule, which applies everywhere.
- One should not destroy, or disturb.
