with drugs and weapons in Marbella

, to mark him with the initial of his nickname, the Civil Guard reported this Sunday in a statement, which has arrested these three people within the framework of the

Operation Marbellus

.

The authors were dedicated to organizing

illegal parties in luxury villas throughout the Costa del Sol

, where drugs and weapons were frequent, and the

victim managed to flee "full of wounds and bruises" to Seville

, where he denounced the events in a barracks .

They are considered perpetrators of the crimes of kidnapping, serious injuries, drug trafficking, robbery with violence and intimidation, falsification of documents and identity theft.

The detainees were known to sell so-called

balloons

, which are balloons filled with nitrous oxide (laughing

gas

), and also sold "pink cocaine" and MDA, in addition to displaying firearms at illegal parties.

The investigation began when the victim, "plagued with wounds and bruises", arrived at the Civil Guard headquarters in San Juan de Aznalfarache (Seville) to denounce that he had been detained in Marbella for four days against his will, demanding a

payment of 10,000 euros. for your release.

Wound on the face shaped like an 'M'

The complainant had an "M" shaped wound on his face and other deeper cuts in different areas of the body.

The kidnapping took place when one of the organizers, at the end of a party, accused him of having stolen money from the collection, for which he was detained and beaten on numerous occasions (even losing consciousness).

The victim was taken to various parties in villas, in which they even exposed the attendant bound and gagged as

part of a "show"

in which they simulated detonations of firearms by blowing up balloons next to him.

The man got his father to deposit in his account the 10,000 euros that the captures demanded, so they went to several ATMs in Marbella to get the money.

In a mistake, the victim managed to get out of the ties with which he was bound and

escaped with his car, ramming it against the door of the garage

in which he was kidnapped and headed towards San Juan de Aznalfarache, where he denounced the events.

Drugs, cylinders loaded with nitrous oxide, falsified documentation and weapons have been found in the records of the house where he was kidnapped and in those of another investigated.

The investigation remains open and new arrests are not ruled out.
