“The cyclone that came to the region brought heavy rains.

As a result of heavy rainfall, flooding occurred on the territory of Zavitinsky and Bureysky districts, ”the ministry said in a statement.

Because of the flood in the city of Zavitinsk, 400 household plots and six private houses have been flooded.

In addition, the section of the road between Zavitinsk and the village of Valuevo has been eroded - travel by Lake Neumyvakino is impossible.

The administration of the settlement clarified that the village has the necessary supply of food and medicine, which will be enough for two weeks. 

In the Bureysky district, two road bridges were flooded due to heavy rains, the Talakan village is without transport links.

In case the situation deteriorates, rescuers from the Amur Rescue Center of the EMERCOM of Russia and a helicopter from the Khabarovsk Aviation Rescue Center of the EMERCOM of Russia will arrive in the region.

On Tuesday, July 27, the Ministry of Emergency Situations announced the danger of the water level rising to levels of unfavorable phenomena in two districts of the Khabarovsk Territory.

Earlier, the authorities of the Khabarovsk Territory re-introduced an emergency regime in the Verkhnebureinsky District due to the flood.
