Formation of the boards of directors of the "Mohammed bin Rashid Space Agency" and the trustees of the "Mohammed bin Rashid Charity"
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued a decision to form the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, and a decision to form the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment.
The first resolution stipulated the formation of the center's board of directors headed by Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, and the membership of Yousef Hamad Ahmed Al Shaibani, Vice President, Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaffin, Hamid Ali Al Mohsen, and Mansour Jumaa Bu Osaiba.
The decision also stipulated the cancellation of Resolution No. (18) of 2018, forming the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, and Resolution No. (16) of 2021, regarding the appointment and replacement of a member of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center.
Resolution No. (27) of 2021 stipulated the formation of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment, headed by Mohammed Juma Al Naboodah, and the membership of Ibrahim Mohammed Bumelha, Vice President, Nabil Abdul Rahim Gargash, Khalid Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, and Mohammed Abdullah Al-Tawhidi, and Abdel Rahim Hussein Ahli.
Resolution No. (27) of 2021 shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
