The charges stack on top of each other for Isabel dos Santos, Africa's first female billionaire.
This time, it is the Dutch Arbitration Institute which questions the validity of a transaction it has carried out with the Angolan state oil company Sonangol.
In 2006, it acquired shares in the Portuguese oil and gas group Galp Energia via a Dutch company.
Actions with a total value of 122 million euros that it must therefore return to Angola.
Isabel dos Santos had paid part of these shares in kwanza, the Angolan local currency worthless outside the country, rather than in euros as agreed in the contract.
The defense specifies that it will file an appeal.
Isabel dos Santos is the daughter of former Angolan President José Eduardo dos Santos.
It is already questioned by the
Luanda Leaks
