RBC listed several important changes that will affect almost every Russian citizen from August 2021.

Amendments to the laws on road safety and OSAGO will come into force on 22 August.

Now, to obtain the appropriate policy, the technical inspection will be optional, but this does not exempt car owners from passing it.

From March 22, 2022, a fine of two thousand rubles is expected for the lack of technical inspection.

On Sunday, August 1, the law on the social tax deduction on the income of individuals for the services rendered in the health and fitness sector came into force in Russia.
