A security campaign in Sharjah to monitor negative behaviors

The General Command of Sharjah Police, represented by the Comprehensive Buhaira Police Station, organized a security campaign in the center's jurisdiction areas, by intensifying the presence of patrols in hot spots to monitor negative behavior in those areas. The campaign began last month and continues until the end of this year.

The campaign came with the aim of raising the percentage of feelings of security and safety, in order to achieve its goals consistent with the strategy of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to increase the percentage of feelings of security and safety.

The Acting Head of the Buhaira Comprehensive Police Station, Lt. Col. Muhammad Ali bin Haider, stressed the importance of organizing such security campaigns that intensify the security presence, and monitor the negative behaviors of some individuals, as well as monitoring abandoned and neglected vehicles between residential buildings and sandy squares, to reduce their danger. So that it could be a haven for the weak of souls.

Bin Haider called on the owners of buildings and residential facilities to cooperate and contribute to achieving the goals of the campaign, by working to illuminate the dark places of the facilities, such as the corridors surrounding them and parking lots, to raise the sense of safety and reduce crime rates, and calls on community members to cooperate in preserving their safety and property. Personally, by parking their vehicles in the places designated for them, and not leaving valuables inside, noting the need to communicate with the police authorities in the event of any negativity being detected by calling 999 for emergency cases, and 901 for non-emergency cases.
