A nightclub in Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière (Manche) has just opened its doors and it offers its customers PCR tests in order to be able to be tested against Covid-19 before joining the establishment , reports

La Presse de la Manche

.

“The Kissing” will indeed offer antigenic tests from July 31st.

They are intended for all people wishing to go dancing but who have not been able to obtain a certificate, or to all those who are not yet fully vaccinated and who do not yet have their health pass.

A tent will be set up outside the establishment and a medical team will be mobilized on site to perform these tests.

"Responsibility for openness"

It is the owner of the discotheque who is at the origin of this initiative.

He said he wanted to go much further "in his responsibility for openness", explains the departmental daily.

To achieve this installation, he contacted several bodies such as the Umih union (Union des Métiers et des Industries de l'Hôtellerie), the ARS (Regional Health Agency), and the

Ministry of the Interior.

You will also need to bring your vital card, identity card, and present a QR Code via the "Tous Anti Covid" or "Tac Verified" application.

La Presse de la Manche

also reports that a form with their contact details must also be completed by the customer in order to prevent possible contact cases.

“Everyone is free to have their application or not, to be vaccinated or not.

But no one can enter the nightclub without following this protocol to the letter, ”said the manager of the nightclub.
