A resident of Dagestan Nina Tseretilova, despite the decision of the Supreme Court of the republic in her favor, once again could not take the children from her ex-husband Magomed Tseretilov.

RT was told about this by her representative Ekaterina Korneva.

Tseretilova, together with her representative and human rights activists, arrived at the house of her ex-husband's parents on July 29.

Her children now live in it - Maryam, Ibrahim and Mukhtar.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the guardianship, bailiffs and the police.

According to Korneva, the law enforcement officers did not fulfill their duties at all.

“There was a group of men at the house who were on the side of Magomed.

When children reached out to their mother, they deliberately provoked them to start crying.

As a result, the bailiff began to grab Maryam from Nina and beat her on the hands.

When the scuffle began, Magomed hit me, and then quietly said: "I will cut off your head."

I have never been so scared, "says a representative of the children's mother to RT.

According to Korneva, she has already written a statement about the threats of Tseretilov, as well as the inaction of the police to the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Dagestan Abdurashid Magomedov.

The law enforcement officers did not react in any way to the beating of the woman.

In support of her words, the lawyer attached a video that she recorded on camera at the time of her visit to the Tseretilovs' house.

“This is a complete mess.

For me, as a Petersburg woman, this is just a shock.

I am outraged by the absolute incompetence of the police officers and bailiffs.

Based on the fact that local officials do not know how to work here, we are forced to send complaints to the chiefs of their bosses.

We will write to Moscow, they will help.

The last hope is the president, ”says Korneva.

Human rights activist Svetlana Anokhina also spoke about the illegal actions of Tseretilov's supporters.

“Those gathered pushed Nina and those who were with her.

The police did not interfere - on the contrary.

The policemen refused to give their names.

No documents and court decisions help.

The bailiffs will be happy to let go of their hands and beat women.

Complaints on all violations will be prepared and submitted to all the necessary authorities, there are enough recordings - video and audio, ”- said the human rights activist on her page in social networks.

She also noted that after the incident, the lawyer of Nina's ex-husband posted photos of the man's scratched hands, explaining that Maryam allegedly left traces.

According to him, the girl clung to her dad so hard that she was not given to her mother.

In turn, State Duma deputy Oksana Pushkina believes that this situation shows the attitude towards women and children in the region.

"Kingdom of Crooked Mirrors.

For them, the decision of the Supreme Court is nothing.

Anarchy is complete!

And there is no one to put things in order in the region.

I'm not even talking about the monstrous attitude towards women and children.

I wish Nina strength in the fight against obscurantism and lawlessness, ”the deputy concluded.

Fight for children

As RT previously told, Tseretilova left her husband back in 2012, after he severely beat her when she was pregnant.

According to her, Magomed subsequently did not participate in raising children.

However, everything changed in 2018, when Tseretilova filed a lawsuit with a request to recover child support from him.

Due to the large debt, Tseretilov was restricted in the right to drive a car, as well as in the ability to travel abroad.

In addition, his accounts were arrested, and the man was also brought to administrative responsibility under Art.

5.35.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for non-payment of alimony.

Subsequently, some small amounts, according to Nina, were credited to the account, until in 2020 Magomed simply kidnapped her children.

Since Tseretilova did not formally restrict her ex-husband in the right to communicate and meet with children, he simply called them, asked them to go out into the street and took them away in an unknown direction.

After unsuccessful attempts to find the children, Tseretilova filed a lawsuit to determine the place of residence of the children.

But the woman lost the court.

According to her, four lawyers for her ex-husband found "compromising evidence" on her, which made the court side with her father.

“He took from my pages in social networks the so-called videos of“ my immoral behavior ”.

For example, when my son is fooling around, he puts on his sister's wig, and I tell him: "Ingrid".

On the basis of this record, they are trying to initiate a criminal case against me, saying that I "molest a minor, perform actions of a sexual nature against him."

Or when the children were visiting their grandmother, I shot a video in stories about how my friends and I sing songs with a guitar.

I am in a wig and with a glass of wine, "Tseretilova told RT.

In the minutes of the court session, then the judge's phrases were listed: "Here you have hair of an incomprehensible color, piercing in your nose."

In the decree itself, it was written that tattoos with inscriptions affect the upbringing of children and Tseretilov does not correspond to the image of a mother with many children.

The woman reached the Supreme Court of Dagestan, which in March 2021 ruled that children should live with their mother.

However, the court's decision has not yet been executed.

In July, a court in Makhachkala satisfied Tseretilova's claim to restrict her ex-husband's parental rights.

RT was unable to contact Magomed Tseretilov.

Earlier, he outlined his position on social networks: “For those who believe that I took my children so as not to pay alimony: alimony expenses - 15 thousand per month.

The cost for children every day is at least 1,500 rubles. "

The man claimed that his ex-wife “hypes” on stories with children in order to draw attention to her business.
