The time limit can be extended by presidential decree

" is this little sentence in the middle of a new decree concerning the National Assembly which is debated this Friday morning, July 30 in Tunis.

The Ennahdha party, opposed to the president, reacted quickly: one month, "

this should be the maximum limit for the suspension of the institutions and the Constitution

 ".

The training calls for discussions with political parties to be conducted for the presentation of a new prime minister to Parliament before the end of the month.

If there is no agreement on the return of Parliament, the formation of the government and its presentation to Parliament, the Tunisian street will undoubtedly mobilize

 ", threatens Ennahdha.

However,

the confidence of Tunisians still seems to be acquired in the president

.

They expect a real change in the way of practicing politics.

A user on Tweeter underlines that "

Kaïs Saïed embodies the anti-system, and he was elected as such

".

For political analyst Slaheddine Jourchi there is little doubt: the deadline for the 30-day suspension of Parliament will be exceeded.

He stresses that the president - professor of constitutional law - "

does not believe in the parliamentary system or in political parties

".

For him, like other observers, the president wishes to return to a presidential system.
