According to the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Council appoints and dismisses national staff, appoints Luo Yonggang as the deputy director of the Central People’s Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Liaison Office; appoints Zheng Xincong as the deputy director of the Central People’s Government’s Liaison Office in the Macao Special Administrative Region .

　　Yang Jianping and Qiu Hong (female) were removed from the post of Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; Luo Yonggang was removed from the post of Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region.
