In his address, the public figure noted that the bulk of the clients of night bars, restaurants and clubs are traditionally young people, including those under the age of 21.

At the same time, at the age of 18-19, a person still continues to actively develop the body, and alcohol consumption can lead to negative health consequences, Khamzaev emphasized.

These consequences, he believes, can only be exacerbated if alcohol is combined with the sleepless lifestyle of a regular nightclub visitor.

"In order to reduce the level of alcohol consumption among young citizens, I ask you to consider the initiative to ban public catering enterprises selling alcoholic products from receiving and serving visitors under the age of 21 at night from 23:00 to 08:00," the text of the appeal.

Earlier, the Public Chamber proposed to increase the annual leave for non-smoking citizens by ten days.
