The General Court of the European Union has withdrawn this Friday the parliamentary immunity of former Catalan president Carles Puigdemont and the other two JxCat MEPs, Toni Comín and Clara Ponsatí.
In an act issued today, the court has revoked the provisional decision it adopted on June 2 to temporarily grant them parliamentary immunity until it decided on the appeal that the three MEPs presented against the decision of the European Parliament to accept the request requested by the Supreme court.
