The second is to build the personal and commercial capabilities and skills of the target group, in order to prepare them for managing commercial projects.

And the conditions required to benefit from the financial empowerment service provided by the Community Development Authority in Dubai, are that the beneficiary of it be a citizen of the country, and people with limited income who benefit from the services of the Authority, and that he be a holder of a family book issued by the Emirate of Dubai, and that he be a permanent resident In the Emirate of Dubai, he must be under 50 years old, and finally be medically fit, and if he is not, he must submit a health certificate approved by the Dubai Health Authority.

The Authority, through the financial empowerment system, provides support and assistance to Emiratis registered in its financial benefits service, to enable them to be financially self-reliant by providing appropriate training and job opportunities, in accordance with the standards and controls approved by it and by the relevant authorities. The authority is working to implement job empowerment programs through several tracks, including providing job opportunities for the target group in cooperation with strategic partners, building capabilities and personal and functional skills for the target group to prepare them to enter the labor market, in addition to participating in the “Step” program, which is designed to guide young people to the right paths. that enables them to get the right jobs. The Community Development Authority provides a set of financial and social benefits, including monthly financial assistance, which is considered supplementary assistance to the income of the head of the family, and the Authority disburses it periodically to eligible citizens who meet the conditions, to meet their basic living needs.The emergency benefit that is disbursed as a result of the beneficiary’s exposure to an emergency circumstance outside his control, and which results in a threat to his stability or livelihood, and his financial conditions do not allow him to face it, such as a fire or the collapse of the house. And the lump-sum benefit for equipping a dwelling, which is a financial benefit that is given to the beneficiary who meets the conditions for entitlement to financial benefits in the form of cash only once to equip the dwelling with furniture, electrical appliances and air conditioning, and the temporary housing benefit, which provides insured accommodation for the beneficiary who does not own a dwelling or whose dwelling has been damaged as a result of an impossible emergency circumstance.
