In turn, Alexander Gorelov, deputy director for scientific work of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor, said that the situation with coronavirus infection COVID-19 in Moscow and St. Petersburg is entering a stabilization phase.

He also added that in a number of regions, the spread of coronavirus is less than one, which means that the increase in incidence has stopped.

Meanwhile, the GKU "Organizer of Transportation" reported that the number of violations of the mask regime in Moscow's transport decreased by 10% over the month.

“In June, we identified over 40,000 such violations.

In July, we noticed a decrease: today there are 34 thousand violations, ”said Elena Myasishcheva, deputy head of the GKU.

At the same time, buyers of forged documents face criminal liability, regardless of whether they were used or not.
