It was on the fifth of December 2019 that two members of the criminal group No Surrender mc were shot to death outside a nightclub in central Norrköping.

The newspaper Svenska dagbladet now reveals that one of the weapons used in the murder, a pistol of the Glock brand, came from an ordinary Swedish hunting shop in Dalarna.

From legal to black market

The newspaper has traced the weapon's journey from a completely legal to an illegal weapon via a now convicted man from Krylbo in Dalarna, who according to Svenska dagbladet sold almost 300 firearms to the black market.

- It's very bad, it does not feel good.

We will have to live with this for many, many years, that people will be shot dead with these weapons.

It's so tragic.

That we are not able to keep a better eye on this within the Swedish police, it is bad, says Detective Investigator Ola Pettersson to Svenska dagbladet.

Released for double murder

A total of four men were prosecuted for the incident at Norrköping District Court, but all were acquitted due to lack of evidence - instead they were sentenced to long prison terms, along with two other men, for the fatal shooting in the commercial area Ingelsta outside Norrköping.
